(Mr.) Ashley Nitkin is a graduate from OCAD University. For over 20 years he has been instructing art for the Toronto District School Board and the City of Toronto, Parks Forestry and Recreation. Ashley recently started a new venture of offering Online Virtual Drawing Classes. He has illustrated two children's books. He has provided illustrations and advertising design work for three newspapers and several magazines, including the Globe and Mail, The Toronto Sun and the former Canadian Jewish News. Ashley has exhibited his work in The Toronto City Hall CUPE Art Show. He has advertising agency experience from Nerima and Dean Advertising Agency and has worked on accounts for Royal Bank, The Bay Optical, Imperial Oil, Del Monte, BMW and Speedy Auto Glass. Ashley has worked in advertising for both the corporate and community sectors. He has taught children, youth, adults and seniors art and has worked with students with Autism, Women's Shelters and the visually impaired at the CNIB. Ashley has worked at seniors homes, and also the developmentally delayed, people with mental health issues, the LGBTQ2Spirited Community as well as people living with HIV. Ashley calls Toronto, Ontario, Canada home.
